Sciimpact is a one-day conference for students and teachers from underserved Bay Area high schools, focused on how science and technology can be used to enable positive global impact. The key goals of the conference are to expose students to life-changing science and to encourage interested students to pursue science-based careers. The conference features dynamic breakout experiments, a discussion on college financial aid, and a campus tour of UC Berkeley.
This event, including lunch and transportation, is funded by the National Science Foundation and will be provided free of charge to high school students and teachers.
